Welcome to 2nd Edition of the 6 Austrian Orienteering Days. Experience 6 unique types of terrains and enjoy the regional specailities!
Since 2015, our club has hosted the “Styrian Orienteering Days” five times, with a focus on forest competitions and two successful Austrian Championships in urban settings. In 2017 our Sprint in Hartberg was honored the best event of the year.
With the “Austrian Orienteering Days” 2024, we broke new ground by combining urban and forest competitions. In 2025, we’re excited to sho you even more more of Graz and its surroundings. Beyond the competitions, explore the historic city, and enjoy the tourist highlights of Eastern Styria, including the thermal region and the Roman wine route.
Stage 1 and Stage 2 will take place in the urban Graz and Stage 3, Stage 4, Stage 5 and Stage 6 in the forests around Hartberg.
The Austrian Orienteering Days are part of the European City Race Tour, which is a league of Orienteering Events in major European Cities just like Istanbul,
Munic,
Turnhout,
Matosinhos, Lincoln,
London and
Toledo.This event has been organized once before, with great success. An a similar competition before as well. We're excited to continue the tradition and look forward to another fantastic experience this year.
